Newsletter PDF Print E-mail

Let your website take care of managing subscribers to your newsletters.  All you have to do is send out the newsletter.  When a user wants to add or remove themselves from a list, they can do it on their own through the website.

NewsletterWith our system, you can set up as many newsletters as you like.  You could have one for every missionary, every ministry, every Bible study, and so on.  Anyone you allow to send newsletters can send them from anywhere.

For example, when a new visitor comes to your website, they can sign up for your weekly email newsletter.  It will confirm that they have a valid email address, and that they were the ones who signed up for it.  Using this system the church staff does not get bothered with people asking to be signed up for your different newsletters.  Every newsletter you send out will automatically have a link and the bottom for them to unsubscribe, so the user can manage the content they are receiving.

This is also very important for your missionaries.  We often hear that a missionary had their computer stolen, a virus wiped their computer, or they don’t have access to a private computer.  The other problem they have is they are only home once in a while and that is when they usually ask if people want to be on or removed from their email list.  With our system they don’t have to manage the list or worry about losing it somehow.  Since it is kept on the website, new users can add or remove themselves from their list at any time.
